  • If as part of our Website you run your store, the administrator in relation to the personal data of customers or any other data that you can enter the Website, you are - we process this data on your behalf and only on your documented command, and without such a command only in case we are obliged to do so by law.

Your data is processed by us for the purposes set out below, related to the functioning of the Store and the provision of services offered in it.

Depending on what you decide, it can be:

    our legally legitimate interest (Article 6 (1) letter f) of the RODO, consisting of:

data processing for analytical and statistical purposes,
customer satisfaction survey.

    voluntary, but in some cases it may be necessary to conclude a contract.

The effect of not providing data:

Depending on the purpose for which the data is provided:

    no possibility to register in the store
    no possibility to use the Store's services
    no possibility to make purchases in the store
    no possibility to receive information about promotions or special offers offered in the store

The possibility of withdrawal of consent:


The processing of data until you withdraw your consent remains legal.

If you decide to leave your opinion in the Store - its content and your name or nickname may be published in the Store - so it will be visible to other users.

    your opposition to the processing of your personal data will be accepted - if the basis for the processing of your data was the legitimate interest of the administrator or the data was processed for direct marketing, including profiling

- depending on what is applicable in the given case and what will happen the latest.

In addition, you have the right to request:

    access to your personal data,
    their rectification,
    processing restrictions,
    requests to transfer data to another administrator.

And also the right to:

    submit any objection to the processing of your data at any time:

-for reasons related to your particular situation - to the processing of personal data concerning you, based on art. 6 par. 1 lit. f RODO (ie on legally justified interests carried out by the administrator), including profiling based on these provisions,
-if personal data are processed for direct marketing purposes, including profiling, to the extent that the processing is related to such direct marketing.
